- Service Provision: AI image/video generation, Persona (PA) creation and management, lipsync video production, text-to-speech (TTS)
- Payment and Settlement: Credit purchase, subscription management, license transaction settlement
- Marketing and Service Improvement: New service announcements, usage statistics analysis, service quality improvement
- Legal Compliance: Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Article 2 (Personal Information Collected)

Article 5 (User Rights)
Users may exercise the following rights:

- Request correction of errors
- Request deletion
- Request to stop processing
Persona and Biometric Data Deletion
When you request Persona deletion, all related facial images, facial feature vectors, and AI training models (LoRA) will be immediately and permanently deleted. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Article 6 (Protection of Minors)
- Membership: Only persons 14 years or older may register
- Persona Registration: Only persons 19 years or older may register
- Creating Personas using minors' faces is prohibited
- Content suspected of involving minors will be immediately deleted

Article 8 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
